Forced Post

Last night at work I mentioned to a colleauge how occassionally I can't fall asleep because I can't "turn my mind off". She asked what it was I thought about that sometimes could keep me up. All I could give was a vague description that it encompassed "a lot of things". It's hard to accurately describe a bunch of incoherant thoughts swirling around alongside ideas, reflection, analysis and whatnot. Especially when you can't remember most of it when you wake up.

Heh, I'm even finding it hard to write about in detail. I should have written about the whole thing when I got home while it was still fresh in my memory having thought about it on the drive home.
