What Victory?

It sounds like some are considering the botched second wave of bombings in London to be a victory. Are you joking? Counter-intelligence forces had nothing to do with the attempt failing, they didn't catch these guys before hand, the bombers just goofed up when they made the bombs it sounds. It was nothing but a lucky break. A break that the would be victims near the attempted bombers are no doubt thankful for.
